  Highly recommend, everybody was so sweet and helpful! Hubby and I went today and had the best hair experience, quite literally ever. We had a calming spa treatment with a wash, cut and blowdry with Ellesse and Jimo who completely transformed us physically, mentally and spiritually. Honestly, such a kind and talented team who were able to give hair care advice whilst also delivering top knotch service and elite tier banter! Thank you guys so much ❤️

  David was an absolute angel with my autistic daughter. The care and time he spent exposing the products and process was so helpful to her. He listened and perfectly understood the assignment. She is bouncing off the walls with happiness. Just the most stunning cut. Thank you David for going above and beyond

  I visited Lush Hair Lab Brighton on Saturday and had an appointment with David. My hair was looking dull and I was completely bored of it, but David really took the time to listen to everything I wanted and talked me through exactly what we were going to do. He also showed me all the products we’d be using and explained everything in great detail, which I really appreciated. I’ve always wanted texture in my hair but have never been able to achieve it, David managed to create exactly that through the cut and style, and I absolutely love it. The botanical hair wash was incredible, I have honestly never felt so relaxed! During the cut, David was amazing: he never rushed, paid so much attention to detail, and kept checking in to make sure I was happy throughout. I can genuinely say I’ve never felt this happy after a haircut, and I’ve already booked to go back. David, you are amazing!

  I had an amazing experience with David at the hairlab, I had a botanical hair treatment which was so relaxing, he made me feel extremely relaxed for my 1st experience of this treatment. Finished off with a very professional cut. I can’t recommend this gent enough, the whole experience was amazing and I will definitely be going again 🙏

  I had such a lovely social experience at the hair salon, everyone was super lovely and even my hairdresser! However, I have just washed my hair (appointment was around 1 week ago) and sadly the cut is quite butchered :( Fringe is way too wide which I mentioned for it not to be wide, and when the fringe was cut I wasn't consulted when it was being cut on the length of it. I have to clip the two sections back which are too wide and fall over some long bits (so it doesn't even sit on my face well) and I have lots of choppy bits throughout my hair which aren't even and are very blunt. Sadly I didn't come away with the cut I wanted, and I don't feel super confident with my hair anymore and now I have to let the sides of my bangs grow for another year until it's actually what I want haha. But I would highly recommend for the botanical wash, was such a lovely experience and the staff are really lovely.
